program that helps you burn fat, shape and tone muscle, build bone strength, and reduce stress
** Our Wellness center television and a pair of comfortable
walking shoes is all you will need to start walking - 1, 2, 3, or more miles.
Tai Chi is held every TUESDAY at 1:00 pm
Zumba is a perfectly fun-filled exercise class program that will certainly get your metabolism up and running. Not only will you enjoy the benefits of an exercise program, but also learn the steps to the ever popular Salsa and Merengue dances.

Chair yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair or standing using a chair for support.
While seated on chairs, students can do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends, and mild back bends. In addition to a good stretch, chair yoga participants can also enjoy other healthy benefits of yoga, including improved muscle tone, better breathing habits, reduction of stress, better sleep, and a sense of well-being.
